I live in a rural area of Georgia where people let their dog's lay in the front yard and roam free,(the way it should be.)
If you or anyone you know has a dog that chases cars, it's only a matter of time before his or her time runs out!

I have a simple device that renders a free roaming dog incapable of running at full speed.(If they can't run at full speed, then they CANNOT chase cars!
This device is very simple to make. Cost of material at a local hardware store about $2.00.
I'am asking for $1.00 for instructions on how to make this device.
The dog may continue to run free, but will be unable to chase cars while wearing this device. It will not hinder him in anyway and it is not uncomfortable for the dog.
